The dramatic angles of the sapphire blue structure merge effortlessly into the clear blue skies above Sayulita. Influenced by Mexico’s most beautiful cities and by the vibrant pueblo below, Casa Joyero combines classic Spanish colonial style with elements reminiscent of the 1930s avant-garde studios of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera.
Consisting of a two-bedroom casita and a one-bedroom studio, the property was designed with options in mind. Once inside the main gates, both La Casita and El Estudio guests are afforded separate, private entrances. This allows the property to be offered in a variety of configurations depending on the size of the guest party.

Beyond the hand-forged gates, native flagstone from the Sierra Madres creates a dynamic common entry. A beautiful stone wall of smooth river rock gives the impression of an old structure recently brought back to life. Bougainvillea frames the roof line. As you pass the elongated windows of the studio and approach the double iron doors, the property begins to diverge.

As you can see, standing alone, Casa Joyero is exceptionally unique and graciously accommodating. However, when the need calls for even more space, the integration with her adjacent sister property, Villa Zafiros, is brilliant.
